Pep11 drill not until 3D seismics are commissioned and completed. DB has still not released the integrated model which takes into account last set of drilling data. Afraid you will be waiting some time for Pep11. Personally, not thinking it will happen till after Q4 2013. Most likely end of 2014. They still need to resolve the Fugaro Writ which of course will take some time.
