SSG Signs Collaboration Agreement with Strategic Australian Partner

Highlights
 Sky and Space Global (SSG) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Australian satellite tracking and communications company, ESSTRACK Pty Ltd.
 ESSTRACK is an innovative satellite tracking and communications company providing services for the aviation, marine and recreational markets.
 Under the MOU, ESSTRACK and SSG will collaborate to integrate ESSTRACK’s unique tracking and communications systems into SSG’s narrow-band communications network.
 This agreement provides further material technical and commercial validation for SSG, following the signing of its first binding letter of intent with Sat-Space Africa in March.
 Confirms SSG’s strategy to enter into strategic partnership agreements with leading communications and technology companies, to fast track its commercialisation of its nano-satellite communication platform
