Fisho, I'm keen to fight too. Been in too long to see the wait and my shareholder value slide away. The reward for mediocre performance is the bit that really gets me - and even then it appears the most recent shipping dates now look to be at risk or the bar to achieve the "rights" has been set super low. I simply cannot see how the dilution is in the interests of shareholders.
Does anyone have the contact details of the independant directors? I think a campaign to get them involved a little closer might actually make them think about whats about to transgress.
