And besides, when you have different people looking in the data room, you will then have less people to see that through and begin discussions (so to say no one has loooked in it is a fair stretch - unless, of course, they haven't opened it up yet to outside investors, because they're not ready to yet), and believe me those discussions can, should and will go for months on end as the buyer does their due diligence. they don't just open up the data room and say, 'huruhh, i'm in'. There will be copious amounts of back and forth as an investor gets a handle on certain numbers/mertrics/legals/financials/histroicals/technologies etc etc

I think it was mentioned the main action is to take place towards the back end of 2017, until then trade, play, wait, buy, sell, do whatever turns you on, but the action is months away (IMHO). I'm happy to hold and wait. And buy on any weakness.
