The problem I see re. SP is that (to my knowledge) we don't know the progress of any discussions or what ALT's demands are contractually. They may be asking too much or have something partners are unwilling to accept nestled in there. I remember a company I worked for years ago which the Chairman had built from scratch and a (good) takeover offer fell through because one of his terms was that he stayed on. He was a massive prat who they didn't want meddling in the business so they were having none of it and walked away. The market will need to see more concrete news than "we've got a few irons in the fire" for the SP to move I think.
