I think if it goes below .5 then it means the guys who were prepared to stump up in the recent raisings above .5 have lost faith and that there is no one left. Normally there is bit of enthusiasm and a jump after a meeting but not so after the meeting today. I think the promises may have been made once too often and the true believers are tapped out.
