    I've given that a lot of thought. There probably will be a takeover offer somewhere down the track.
    If anyone wants Edencrete then the best way would be to try to take over EDE first. To do that they may start with the share owned by TAS but they will then have to make an offer for other EDE shares as well. They need over 90% ownership to force a take over. In a case like this it is usually those holding out between the 75% to 85% ownership that get the top price. I will do what I can to be in that group

    My relative value trading will end one of these days but I doubt that time has yet arrived. I will still trade the 1.2 to 1.3 range for the present. I find it an interesting challenge.my body might be cracking up with age but the mind is still as good as ever, thanks in part to TAS and EDE. Today I had the additional challenge of trading these while at the same time chairing a company board meeting and dealing with auditors and posting on HC.
