I am backing the potential for future maintenance of allied navy vessels. Just a hunch..
..even just the new RAN OPV will need constant maintenance. Big boats have big maintenance bills. A coy I worked for in the past had a saying....’rough maintenance and running cost ratio is 10% per annum of the initial value of build’...and also-‘first cost least cost’
