FGG current NTA $1.1542 according to monthly NTA document.
In the presentation is states that FGG has returned 5.4%pa since September 2015 (2 years), which is roughly 10.8% total.
The issue price was $1.10 * 10.8% = 11.88c
Total dividend over the time = 2c
Why is the NTA only $1.1542?
A 10.8% return off $1.10, minus the 2c dividends should make an NTA of $1.1988.
Could someone please help me understand this difference?
