What is the big deal about the startup "WeWork" in the US? I am reading they have a $20 billion USD valuation, which is beyond hysterical considering the combined valuation of established companies like SRV and IWG in London are around $2.5 billion.
I went to the WeWork website and I don't see anything unusual or special there. Maybe they are using all that venture capital financing to simply price their product below their actual cost? That's hardly "disruptive" to any industry. It's just annoying and very bad business. Maybe there is something there I don't understand? Can anyone explain it?
