Is there much to turn PMV around? Its enterprise value if 400m (has 400m cash and shares), and it generates between 60m to 80m cash per year...

I think it is really a matter of how fast he can make it grow, and i think this could become larger than what it is... inititally i thought it would be having MYR in its sights, but after reading the latest information I think they are just going to become an owner of quality brands...

I think its a bargain, but I think the share price won't move until at least 8 to 12 months time
