Can icar replicate carsales??

I am looking at whether to bet on Icar turnaround and have a few questions, would appreciate anyone's views and comments.
1- Who are the market leaders in icar's major market?
2- What is main reason icar is lagging in those market? Language, consumer behaviour, trade practises?
3- How do people search or buy cars in those markets?
4- If I recall correctly, Icar raised funds a few times from the market and all these investments had disappeared, where had they been investing the money and is this time more of the same? Have they got to the source of the problem?

Appreciate if you could share your insights, it may help us all to pick the turn if there is any.
