    Wow, shouldn't the current price be what it should be AFTER the rights issue?

    If it was 4.2 cents before the accouncement a 6 for 5 rights would value the company at 2.7 cents, so by buying one share now you get 2.7 cents of value plus a free right worth 1.2 cents - a 44% profit.

    Am I missing something?

    Looking at it from fundamental valuation only.
