my understanding was 6:5 rights issue so in effect more than doubling the share base so dilution on a big scale.
At the same time the balance sheet will look a lot healthier after this, cost of debt rising etc. Should have them well placed for their expansion plans.
Hopefully mgmt are right with the consolidation attracting some more institutional investors in the months ahead, esp if drill results are good.
