IMO unless a stuff up occurs between your broker, ASX and registry (always possible), you should be able to sell your shares any time from now on and retain your rights for new 6:5 issue.

In regards to TERP, and hence today's drop in SP (as explained before), there is actually a formula, if anybody interested, I should be able to dig out.
