Boeing: "I consider that ERM only has only underwritten the loan.this is banks money plus we pay ERM 1% interest. ERM is not out of pocket pure and simple. " - wrong read AFS.note 20 page 65.
Winged warrior : "Not happy about yet another CR. ERM can have my shares for 2c right now. Or - dare I mention it - maybe even 15-20c if we did a 10:1 consolidation to get some sense into the Register and to shake out thousands of small holders currently stranded by the sp & lack of progress?" There are a lot more of the same vein.
Boeing: " empire shareholders are being played with from a very board we risked personal money/from investment too back. How the power reseller company's forget just who held them up."
Surandy : "What is the business plan? From reading what they have put out so far it is to blow the $10m on a bloated corporate office maintaining minimum expenditure on the permits whilst crossing their fingers and toes for a farmin partner that will bear the brunt of the costs for any substantial exploration."
Surandy: "- concerns about related party transactions, offering to de-risk ERM's assets by buying them out of the JV partnerships thus increasing our costs to service the exploration permits and the deal is to be funded using debt that is repayable in a timeframe where we have no chance of repaying without flogging off other assets (did someone say firesale?) or re-financing the debt"
Simonmag: "I know EPW have kept us above water over the last 6 months but the SH's have kept EGO above water for far longer and being so close to a company making event I believe it is the SH's who should benefit, not the white knight who rode in only recently."
Enough quotes for you you can really go on and on if you look but really its just a waste of time. In my opinion so many shareholders have been burned by this company that essentially ERM cannot ever be seen fairly in this or any deal.
