No money to drill etc. As I read it day after day - There is some expectation that ERM after rolling the board is responsible for funding and getting EGO into a real company with positive cash flow money for drilling etc.

If the deal goes through and later ERM recives a top up then we will have stolen EGO's assets or if it fails we will really have had to fund all the exploration and have a huge bad debt.

There is no win for ERM in this in my opinion.
