Hi Rick64,
Reducing volume on down days is a good thing, it points to the bears running out of steam. What we don’t want to see is large volume gynormous red candels. Last two red candels are within the previous green candle so not too worrisome. We are also hovering at the bottom trend resistance on low volume. 

Your charts for me are for me a little difficult to read as they have a lot of information. Try simplifying them and zooming into relevant areas so we can be lead to the information easily. Always keen on seeing others TA analysis so thanks in advance.
