    State Governments and maybe ACCC regulated the credit card surcharge by Cabcharge to 5% from 10%.
    Now maybe it is necessary for Cabcharge to compete with Uber.
    But,is it fair to charge 20-25% of fare to driver and hold the fares for month? by Uber?
