Given the more than likely over subscription for the CR SPP can Buddy increase the amount of the CR to a higher amount . Thereby giving retail investors more of a chance to successfully participate? And have more funds available for R&D or marketing etc?

The burning question for all is: Whether or not to buy now on market in anticipation that the SPP is oversubscribed meaning retail investors may be nudged out of the opportunity by sophs & instos or to wait & see if retail investors may be given a fair chance at successfully participating in the SPP CR?
