Yes it is still not well understood and this is why I thought it was very compelling. The sales enablement marketplace is still emerging albeit in the USA it is gaining traction fast. This is a sophisticated product sell as it relies on the target organisations to make behavioural and organisational change but once embedded it is very sticky. In my view the stock would be better listed on the NASDAQ where peer multiples are higher and there is a greater maturation in appraising these types of stocks. When I contrast BTH with LVT which started as a freemium model and basic simple skin for SharePoint then BTH appears compelling.
