I agree with what’s being said. The main aim is aggressive customer acquisition and expanding seats within organisations which have BigTinCan already deployed. Their existing client base sells itself and so does the fact that almost 90% of their revenue is reoccurring.

The well structured register tells me once this flies it will be north of $1, stocks on hot air have reached ridiculous market caps for them only to fall away. No CR needed is another plus.
