On your second point, I'm anticipating stronger MRR than 17%, though that's just my expectation looking at the other areas they are shifting into on their website. I see the potential of future multi-year deals being signed as per their 8 August 17 announcement. Granted this was some time in the past now though tender processes can take a while.

This won't push up MRR immediately though gives me comfort of the potential for growth. If these larger deals don't eventuate I expect their Operating Expenses to come off a little.

I am also hoping that they stabilise retention to counter the slow negative trend there.

That's my current thinking. Not too out of step with your second paragraph numbers, though perhaps I see further potential upside than the current numbers suggest.
