Some highlights from the report worth to mention again here:

1. the average monthly cash burn rate has fallen resulting in a cash balance of $11m (only $400k less than at the start of the six month period). We only burnt 400K cash for the 6 months period and with this rate hopefully we can see cash flow positive soon. The burden of CR is not an issue to worry.
2. Working capital position improved with cash at bank steady at $11.4M, reflecting some multiyear
contract advanced payments, and accounts receivable at $4.6M. Unlike other companies with only trials or MOU, BTH products proves working and users are willing to pay in advance. IMO, not many new Tech companies have such power dictating to their users especially Big Names companies.
3. Bigtincan was recognized by leading IT consulting firm Gartner in its 2017 Market Guide for Digital
Content Management for Sales and won the 2017 SIIA CODiE award for Best Sales Enablement
Platform against leading global competition showing the strength of the core technology platform.
4. Deferred revenue growth of 104% to $7.4M over 6 months. Anyone with background accounting, please tell me that can I assume that this 7.4M will be recognized as revenue in the second half 2018? If this is the case, we can safely assume that 7.4M will be our minimum revenue for the coming 6 months?

Hopefully, the register has been reshuffled today and welcome on board new holders. With this price and current MC, IMO, BTH is very much der-risked given all the points I mentioned above. Personally, it's only risky when you pay for some stocks with MC over 400M with revenue substantially lower than BTH, cash burnt much much higher than BTH with the prospect of further dilution of CR.
