Understand what you are saying.  In terms of the SS (and I presume the PFS), the electrolyte facility is either going to be a bolt on to the facility producing 98% grade V205, or a separate offsite facility that the 98% min grade V205 will be fed into.  As a result targeting the steel market first where all your demand is should be your first priority before expanding into 99.5% grade.  Obviously if have a contract for 99.5% grade then can upscale your plant on-site (or build the electrolyte facility offsite).  All IMO
