    oaftar I really don't understand why a partner would be benifical to AQO. If all the other premits next to PEL:570 are flowing at commercial rates why reduce the risk then lets face it there is very little risk already. And it reduced the more wells that are drilled.

    It's not as if they have to do a offshore well at $1m a day. It costs them $1-2m a well in the cooper. What will AQO do with the money if someone buys in, buy more premits?

    Also a joint venture is not going to speed up the rate of drilling....there just isn't enough rigs on the go to do 10 wells at a time. So we have enough dollars in the bank to go it alone in my book.

    But the market loves a big joint venture coming in, makes it creditable.

    But to answer your question, just do some research into how much Shell are spending on their 3TCF resource in Prelude (western Australia) and that has 12% Co2!!

    So as Serendipity has said as long as management doesn't crap in it's own nest...$1 will be easy.
