Finally got a call back from the liquidator.
They have three proponents negotiating to recapitalise the SHELL of KBL. This may or may not be with the shareholders. Emphasis on the may not. Mineral Hills has been sold. Ditto with Sorby interests. The creditors have not been satisfied yet. I have officially stopped thinking that there is life here. Just look forward to getting my losses ASAP.
