Don't confuse 'Suspension from quotation' with 'business under administration'. AYN had voluntary 'Suspension from quotation' last year but the business continued (they still mined and produced silver).
The market consensus has put the price at $0.001 - with upside opportunity (eg, if the POS rises enough). The main dangers in buying at $0.001 is tying up money over time, or something bad happens and AYN goes into 'business under administration'. I hope that helps.
