The trials Bayer had in Canada were very successful, and the termination of deals had nothing to do with the success of the product and more to do with bayer restructuring as a result of the GFC. A reliable source told me the whole group of Bayer people dealing with Tyrian were taken out during the restructure. Interesting Bayer still have the product video, brochure etc see link below

So this leads on to 2 things, a failure by Bayer to deliver on its contractual commitments hence a settlement.

and a perfectly viable Wheat Quality test and DiagnosticIQ platform back with Tyrian for sale or licensing to other interested parties, which exist.
