I was a wink away from buying back in ... quick look at the books and I'm no expert, but theres a problem from what I see ... (or opportunity depending on your view)

NET ASSETS = $56M (from half yearly accs)

But if you look up at the GOODWILL line ... $96M

I think these guys are near the bottom, but looks like a bit of janitorial work is required on the balance sheet - MARKET CAP is ~$20M ... something's gotta change.

If they take it on the chin, which I think they will, could be good opportunity when the dust starts to clear.

Not owning 100% of the entities may make clearing things up difficult.
