no one in their right mind would try and takeover CTX at current SP.
it's worth $24 ex divvy and not one cent more.
add to that, BP is negotiating with WOW petrol to get the nod from the ACCC and it looks like they may have paydirt.
ps- Credit Suisse only put out that sort of diatribe to feather their own 'Cuckoo's nest'.
