an auction for Nylex products and brand names. Nylex actually owns the name "Esky" and has chosen on many many occasions to not get involved in any intellectual property litigation. This company "turn around" has done an "about face" and is headed in one and one direction only. NLX has been trying to get out of trouble for years and it just keeps getting smaller and smaller and deeper and deeper into debt.
