The reason I got out of TNR this morning is to do with the recent disappointing results, but that's not the major reason. The main reason is that in the face of these results the board is going for big pay rises.
This does not, IMO, reflect a share the pain, share the gain mentality. IMO, they should wait for a upward re-rating of the company before even suggesting a pay rise for themselves.
TNR sounds too much like a rerun of CTO for my liking and comfort.
I sincerely hope that I am wrong and would like to hear other views.
