re: calling old man 'bendigo' eccoi is on the right track-they have an extremely significant first mover advantage.
They have a far better understanding of the Chinese system (calling it a system suggests some logic ,which it is not!) then any newboys.
Being a market leader they have some form of immunity-the Chinese would not want to stuff them up as it would scare off other foreign investment.
No doubt the Chinese would be 'copying' their mining practises just like they copy everything else-so what?
I don't have any concerns with the company, only a curiosity-can they repatriate money easily out of the country for other projects/dividends?
