If the assets are not generating enough revenue or at all, they should look to revalue their assets to bump the balance sheet, make the company an attractive takeover target, unless the management is either confident they can turn this ship around or they have done amazing in the last 6 months....

I looked up on Lindedin, there is huge company network in terms of senior managers and employees, given the scale of the company, it's hard to believe someone spent all those money on hiring so many people at the same time without focusing on sales in the first place...?!

Last dividend was a good hint already with what they are not best achieving at....turning over the assets.
