The margins have to be high to pay for all the above nonsense.
The managers don't follow through with anything, it is all talk. Nothing is changing.
The managers are impressed with the people who suck up to them, not the workers.
The customer wants the product on the shelf, where it belongs, with a price ticket, to be able to move around the store, fresh produce and meat, have someone to serve them at the registers etc
But unfortunately for the customer, management don't want the workers working, they want the staff who suck up to them. Until the focus is on the customer nothing will change.
