MD- let's give JM a fair go. he was only trying to highlight the fact that he was a past employee recently and feels obliged to warn us about cultural issues within WOW management creating unbearable working conditions.
the way i read into this, is that JM left in disgust .
i just wonder if Mr Banducci , in his quest for a turnaround at any cost is behaving like a dictator . JM is living testament to that .
what we really need is an insight from more employees who are not afraid of speaking out in case they are rebuked and castigated.
