The reason why you don't get very much subjective feedback from posters on HC is that the vast majority just would not have a clue about retail/customer service/running a successful business. May I be so bold to suggest that you get some PROFESSIONAL advise. If you can, get your hands on a television interview done with Gerry Harvey a few years back.
