If you read my posts re WOW.. tgey indicate a very low service value.

And before everyone demands my head on a platter ... i have been involved in many years of training staff and i always says to each n everyone of them... when someone pays you money in any store always day.. thankyou n smile.

Cleanliness is below expectations.

Product brand - where do i start.

Advertising - fake facade n covering up poor service which is not getting addressed.

Master stores - should have hit the tradies market from day 1. Overpriced and brand nonrecognition.

Pubs - filthy and appalling service.

Petrol stations - clean n nice layout.

Liquor - good service but filthy looking
