This AGM is either massively late or early. Seems that this one is only to vote back in the Chairman get his associate officially elected to the board and issue shares for peanuts to themselves their associates.

Issuing of quarterlies, half year and annual figures on time for them is as usual a non event, just goes to show managements regard for the shareholders in PDF or what it may be called in the future.
