S there is a chance of some success for long suffering shareholders and SIS's if they all come together and question the board and management re the many fantasy stories that they have been told.

ASIC and ASX need to become more pro active in the many cases where companies are only in business to take funds from investors and use those funds for their own use and gain.

Surely many offences under the corporations act have taken place here especially with non disclosure of significant events that have or are taking place.

Many shareholders have paid a considerable amount for their shares, yet management and their associates seem to get their shares for peanuts just so as they can control a company that has no chance of going anywhere whilst they are in control. Makes one wonder what is actually being hidden from the genuine holders.

I stopped believing in fairies many moons ago but it appears management after having so many funding knock backs and dealing with the shadier end of town still do.
