Landau, Komoda Capital name change to ICBC Capital (Morgan and Podaridis) under court ordered external administration. Now in the last published AR for PDF the primary guarantor for $150million bond is Pramana Capital a $2 company with 1 director and shareholder(Podaridis). The current company's management actions borders on incompetence as they were warned 2 1/2 years ago.

There will no doubt be more startling announcements along the same lines down the track.
