Further to this original post I have unsuccessfully attempted to copy the Dun and Bradstreet company search on Pramana, the company that is guaranteeing the $150 million capital raising according to the companies most recent annual report, to Hot Copper. I will do so at a later date and also send everyone a copy if requested through the [email protected] if requested.

It shows the company was incorporated in Thomastown Vic in 2016 and has a share capital of $2 being 2 x $1
shares. The company does not have any court charges against it as I stated in the original post. It appears that it is the director of the company who has 2 recent judgements against him that total more than $200,000
My apologies if I have misled anyone with my earlier comment regarding company judgements.

I am also hearted by the response from shareholders in just the last few hours, who are keen to have their say in this companies future. Things are progressing swiftly.

It is important that all shareholders have their say in the recapitalization of this company..
