What is flawed is your logic, apparently as a purported holder, in supporting status quo.
This group proposes change and a potential protection of ones capital for those that hold stock in this mess.
Who gives a sheet about the TOV panel - @Amused observer and @Dixie Chick are correct.
Stay as is and lose whatever it is you hold - guaranteed ! Or work toward change....what the hell are you even trying to argue. Just put a lid on it...
