Surely dissatisfied shareholders have a rite to meet together to discuss the in the inactivity of the Directors and Management of the company that they hold shares in.
It would be that the TOV Panel would be more interested in the massive % of the company that is owned by current Directors and recently past directors than shareholders that are concerned in a company that they hold shares in.
You as you say are a holder obviously do not care about your investment being eroded by management.
