Agree seuss, wouldn't be surprised that there has been threats of defamation by present and past directors. For some reason they actually believe that they are above the law, but there is so much out in the public arena that substantiates what you and other posters are posting. You and I have been thoroughly sucked in by Director speak on some of the shares that we have held and in your byline where you state "do proper research, find every scrap you can about each director" is one of the most important tools any investor can have.
