A defamation claim can also be costly but that does`t stop some people launching them.
There has been posters on Hot copper that have indeed faced that expensive defence on what they have posted. You may know the story of the company chairman who issued 3 hot copper posters with proceedings.

May I suggest you re-read the statement you made about the chairman and consider that its probably worth moderating. I may agree with your statement about him but you will be required to provide the burden of proof to support your words if a claim is launched and that is one endeavour that isn`t worth attempting to win.

I sympathise with the shareholders of AHF but its a different company. A completely different proposition. We didn`t invest in it.
