So True!. Many Australian boards rely on the Apathy you describe and similar opinions as yours to maintain their position.

The fact is that its the shareholders who own the company and not the management and the regulator of public companies supports this position.

I guess it is different view to yours when posters have skin in the game and have to watch management inaction year after year. Its at that time when shareholder apathy, `leads to many fails` and usually then a total loss of their/mine hard earned funds with company failure the final result.

PDF shareholders have 2 choices as I see it.

1/ sit in apathy = total loss

2/ send an email to [email protected]= be part of the 'few successful outcomes`

If you see any other option as a non shareholder or shareholder I would love to hear it.

In my view the final result of what happens to PDF is in the hands and decisions made by the smaller shareholders. It will depend on which of the above choices they make.

We are shareholders and we are not happy with the current situation of the company.
