Upon researching Pramana Capital came across an article in the Business Times published on 12/07/2017 via google. Frustrated Mercator Lines judical manager jettisons old lifeline. The three companies mentioned are all registered to the same address as Pramana with one Champion Beverages on 15/06/2018 being placed into external administration via court winding up.
Would seem that shareholders are being taken for a ride once again. Just think what legitimate funder would accept a guarantee for $150million bond from a $2 company if it has associates of the above mentioned companies and articles.
