    It is pretty clear the offer of 3.25 mill is an attempt by Silvergate to sieze control is their last throw of the dice.

    There is no way that CAP mgmt are going to let this go at that price. Mgmt should have a SPP at 15c or so, issue 20 mill shares and buy it out. Bravo to them for having a clause like this in the contract. The egg is actually on Wilson here as he stumped up the money for the drilling and PFS and CAP can get this back for pittance...Nick and co need a pat on the back!

    Then watch what Silvergate do...they will make an offer of 30-40c for the company...they will be forced to if they want this project, as there is no other way forward for them. Otherwise they will be a shareholder with an investment well under water.

    And don't rule out Conglin here. Surely he has a part to play in all of this. Surprised if CAP management dont approach him if they need the cash. May come with conditions like what he has done with NTU
